Julie Cole
Has been a student of yoga
for 12 years and qualified as a yoga teacher with the Kevala Centre 2 years
ago. She currently holds weekly classes at the Shala on a Saturday morning.
One of her classes specialising in yoga for menopasuse. These classes help
women by practicing asanas that balance the endocrine system and regulate
the hormonal and glandular changes that take place during menopause. Practicing
yoga not only helps restore health and vitality to our bodies it also supports
our emotional and spiritual well-being. Julie`s classes are friendly and suitable
for students new to yoga as well as those with more experience.
