Josephine Lloyd.

Josephine Lloyd qualified in the sivinanda style in 2001.This style emphasises the inner effect of the yoga practice. Since then she has taught in Oxford, New Zealand and Australia before settling on the island in 2003.

Her style is informal but informative, with room for questions and laughter in every class. Students say that they feel the benefits after just one class, and Josephine works to help each student 'own' yoga for themselves.

Classes arealways different, but every one includes breath work-profoundly refreshing; gentle but powerful stretches according to the abilities and wishes of the class, and a deep final relaxation from which you will emerge as from a good sleep.

"From personal experience, I know we don`t need to achieve full or advanced yoga postures to benefit from this wonderful healing practice. Everyone can do yoga, (yes even the bed ridden!). I enjoy adapting my teaching to suit the individual. You could say I specialise in one to one teaching. For this reason I like to keep my classes small and friendly"

Classes- £6 per session, I prefer students to book courses of 6 sessions.
