Carol has been teaching yoga for thirteen years on the Isle of Wight. She holds regular classes at the I.W. Yoga Shala and holds workshops as well as running successful yoga holidays abroad. This year she is running a week in May at the beautiful yoga centre "Huzar Vadisi" in Turkey. She also runs holidays in Ibiza and Egypt.

Carol's unique approach to yoga inspires the students to work

with the breath, allowing each individual to unfold according to there limitations, creating a peaceful mind and a stronger more flexible body.

Her influences over her years of teaching have included "Narayani! Co Founders with Barbara Gordon of the first "Sivinanda" yoga centre in the U.K, Angela Farmer, John Stirk, John Scott and over recent years the beautiful and inspiring Clive Sheridan. She retreats with Clive regularly, sometimes in the U.K. but more oftenly in India.

This sparking yogini will inspire those who choose to cross her path from children to adults.
